Seam Checker

布頭檢測器是通過檢測綁在布頭的磁鐵所發(fā)出磁場信號來檢測布頭的，檢測器安裝在缸體外面，以采集到缸體內(nèi)足夠大的磁場信號為依據(jù)，觸發(fā)驅(qū)動信號及時截停主泵，從而找到布頭。大大減少了通過人眼觀察來找布頭的時間，節(jié)省人力以及物力。

Seam checker is used for checking seam by testing the magnet magnetic field signal tied to the seam. Checker is placed out of the cylinder body. The magnetic field signal collected inside the cylinder body is large enough, and it could trigger the driving signal and stop main pump timely to find the seam. It could reduce the time to find the seam by the human eye observation greatly, and save manpower and material resources.
